Everyone Needs a Little “ME TIME”
“ME TIME”!! Well, it is NOT going through emails or managing any household chores. It means different things to different people. It could be going for a run, a trip to the cinema, reading a book, a dinner at the restaurant with friends or doing anything you enjoy.
“ME TIME” is doing exactly what we want for own. It is very important to take time for yourself even if it’s only half an hour in a week. In other words it is taking time out to boost mental well being and self esteem.
Need of “ME” TIME:
In today’s competitive and hectic life and strive to become better by each passing day, everyone needs a little ME Time.
Taking time of yourself has psychological and physical benefits. If you give yourself a break you will feel refreshed and happier. It’s all about maintaining a good sense of self. When you focus on an activity just for you, stress levels go down and you have time to recharge the batteries.

Sometimes life can feel like one long to-do list. Once you have ticked off work, childcare and running a house there never seems to be enough time left for much else – least of all you!
We all need to cut ourselves some slack for the sake of our sanity. The main benefit of me time is that it’s a reward, and saying “I am a good person and I am worth taking care of”.
How to have your “ME” TIME:
With today’s busy pace, you can all too easily forget how to recharge your batteries. Yet, it is important for your health, well-being and creativity to take time out to relax and find some “me” time. So be firm with yourself and prioritize yourself. Consider rescheduling either your time or holding off what you need to do until later and not feel guilty about it. If you are the engine room of the family, it is important to nurture yourself first. It will be good for you and your family as well.
